Edward Struzik is an award-winning writer, photographer, university lecturer, and fellow at Queen’s Institute for Energy and Environmental Policy at Queen’s University in Canada.His writing regularly appears in academic journals and magazines such as Scientific American, Natural History, and Yale Environment 360, an international online magazine offering opinion, analysis, reporting, and debate on global environmental issues by scientists, journalists, environmentalists, academics, policy makers, and business people.
His latest book, Firestorm, How Wildfire Will Shape Our Future, (Island Press, 2015) explores why and how we can adapt to wildfires, which are burning bigger, hotter and more often with devastating consequences.
